The Crittall windows provided the people at Richard Levengood Architects with the wonderful opportunity to “paint” the spaces with a transparent brush. From the photos you can see that this has been achieved in an incredibly sensitive manner. The respectful treatment is maintained while a contemporary stair dramatically asserts itself. The Crittall mullions and minimalistic details brought it all together.
